Terms + Conditions

1. Client Acceptance: By using the services of MakeMeTop10.com you agree to these terms and conditions. You agree that all future work conducted by MakeMeTop10.com, will be covered by these terms and conditions.

2. Payments: Invoices will be issued by MakeMeTop10.com prior to work commencing. Invoices are due for payment within 14 days of receipt. We offer a turn key service payment in advance for work undertaken for as long as it takes to obtain the required listing.

3. Indemnity: The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless MakeMeTop10.com. From any and all claims resulting from the Customer's use of MakeMeTop10.com's services which cause damage to the Customers business or a third party.

4. Disclaimer: MakeMeTop10.com issues no warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, for the services it provides. MakeMeTop10.com will not be responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential damages which may result from the use of its services including loss of data resulting from delays, non-delivery or interruption in service. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that MakeMeTop10.com cannot guarantee High search engine ranking due to competitiveness of chosen market and popularity of chosen keywords. In addition delays coursed by Acts of God or other circumstances beyond its control including, but not limited to, telecommunications, hardware and software problems. The Client understands that not all required keywords will not nessesarily make first page listings.

5. Prior Agreement: Prior to work being undertaken by MakeMeTop10.com.
   

• You have not employed the services of another Search Engine Optimisation Company to work on the web site at the same time.
• You have not created any duplicate sites, duplicate content or pages, redirects or doorway pages.
• You have not undertaken any spamming techniques which may harm the web site's ranking with search engines.
• You can obtain access to in-house or external webmasters to implement the required changes.
  
• You recognise that any delay or obstruction encountered with current webmasters is beyond our control.
• All work done and changes made and methods used to optimise your website are confidential and are not to be disclosed to any other third parties.
• We charge a one off fee for SEO this is available on request and is based on customer requirements and work involved to get you where you need to be.
• All additional services email, Hosting, domain registration, new website design and existing website re-design and rolling optimisation contracts are in addition to optimisation and quotes can be provided on request.
• The customer accepts that if they obtain first page listing on their major domestic or required search engine for 1 or more of their chosen search terms then that project will be deemed a success.
• Makemetop10.com will proceed to assist with remaining keywords, but will be under no obligation to do so.
• Clients must understand the time scales involved and that it can be over 3 months before the required listing is obtained.
• We are not liable for any fees charged for editing/upgrading of site by your current webmasters.
  
• Rolling maintenance contracts are for a minimum or 1 year. Only Annual Payments in advance will qualify for promotional discount.
• We will supply you relevent links only you will be required to add these to your own site. This
• Paid Directory Submissions are in addition to normal submissions. This will require additional fees.
  
• MakeMeTop10.com. reserves the right to terminate your service at any time.
